For international debit card orders:
- All debit cards will first arrive to our branch in Washington, DC., which will then be sent either via pouch to the country office, DHL or airmail.
- Correspondences are sent twice a month and the shipping method will depend on the destination country.
- Cards sent via pouch or DHL will have a tracking number which will be provided to you via email 2-3 business days after the card has been sent out for delivery.
- There will be no tracking number for airmail.
- The card may take an average of 15-20 business days to arrive.
For domestic debit card orders:
- Cards will be sent directly to address on file.
- The card may arrive withing 7-10 business days.
- No tracking number will be provided when sent with standard shipping, if sent via FedEx (upon request), this will incur a $30 fee and you'll be given a tracking number and the card will arrive 2-3 business days.
- If you urgently need the debit card, you may stop by our branch and request an "instant issue."
